  1. I'm reminded of my mother and aunts, who did that.

    1. Reminds me of my grandmother, who taught me all of this!

  2. I wish I could crochet or knit. My gramma did all her life and she was so good, she could watch tv and her needles would be flying away while her eyes were on the show. Incredible skill!

    1. My grandmother was great at it, too, but thankfully she taught me as well, and I got into it.

  3. Nice work Annette! And I love the color. Crocheting is almost a lost art. As a young girl I would sit beside my grandmother and crochet with her. And then for some reason I stopped and never picked up the needle again. But the craft is very intricate and delicate and takes lots of practice and skill. I'm quite sure that whatever you're making will be beautiful when it's finished. :)

    1. Thanks, the color is one of my favorite colors! You know, you could always pick crocheting up again. I just recently got into it seriously again after teaching myself, via youtube mainly, how to read American crochet patterns. (I had learned it in Germany.)
